Apple iTunes sells 1m videos

In the first 20 days after launching the service Apple has sold 1 million video files on their iTunes music store. The shop service in America sells the movies for $1.99 per download.

The shop sells the movies for$1.99 per download. The video's on played on the iPod by the QuickTime movie player. Videos people can buy for their iPod include Fatboy Slim and Kanye West music video, and episodes from the TV shows Desperate Housewives and Lost.

At the moment the archieve of videos Apple has is just 2,000 titles, but they hope to make this grow when they sign deals with other broadcasters.
