Apple sweeps UK's T3 technology awards

The T3 is a popular technology magazine publication in the UK. The awards for the magazine took place during the start of October, in 2008. Apple have won four of the awards, including the prestigious 'gadget of the year' award for the iPod Touch.

No awards were given to the Nano, but the iPhone and MacBook Air won awards for best commuter and eye candy gadget. The Touch won two awards, one for best mp3 player and one for best overall gadget.

It was the second annual meeting of the awards ceremony - over fifty four thousand votes were cast by the readers of the magazine, which included votes for the ultimate award - 'gadget of the year 2008'.
