iPod Nano consumers sue Apple

Added 24-10-2005

IPod Nano owner Jason Tomczak and other US citizens have filed a class-action lawsuit against Apple Computers in the US state of California.

They are attempting to get their money back because they believe the Nano suffers from "excessive scratching" during normal use. The lawsuit wants damages paid, these include the price of the Nano, statutory damages, punitive damages and their attorneys fees.

The best part of the lawsuit is they are also asking for a share of the Nano's profits. Jason Tomczak will be represented by Seattle based legal firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP.
