It's been my experience that they have the best customer service online, usually always have the most stock online, and finally you will only ever save a few pounds here or there anywhere else.

But there are other options, like promotional vouchers sites which give codes to any special offers that sites such as 'Apple Store' the official iPod retailer has online. The problem here is you will be restricted to buying a specific item on offer, not necessary the iPod you are after.

And the codes are only valid for a specific period of time, or certain amount of sales, so it can become somewhat frustrating browsing through hundreds of promotional codes only to find they have expired weeks beforehand. Few of the voucher sites seem up to date, most continue to list codes which have long since expired.

The best option out there is the price comparison sites, they do the hard work for you. They will list prices from ten or so retailers. The downside is that most of the comparison services are paid by the retailers to list their data, or receive a percentage of the sale.

Few if any of the comparison services list data from retailers where they do not receive a fee of some sort from the retailer. Do not let this put you off however.
